It has been designed to reflect the CTO’s broader vision of becoming the pre-eminent international ICT organisation dedicated to promoting social and economic development in the Commonwealth and beyond. Formerly published as CTO World, COMMONWEALTH ICT has been newly designed to focus more clearly on all of the major technologies in this rapidly developing area and the impact and benefits that they will deliver to the Commonwealth and its partners.
