Title: Distribution & Circulation

The magazine will be mailed quarterly to a list of named contacts provided by the CTO involved in its programme of activities including Ministers, Directors & Procurement Executives in the following countries & organisations listed here. In addition to the printed edition there will be a full e-edition of the magazine online with the latest page-turning software. There will be links to the magazine directly from the CTO site. All Commonwealth countries are members of the CTO Council. It will also be distributed at CHOGM in November
